President Hirschberg
If I were the President of the United States I would make it my priority to ensure domestic and international ubiquitous peace. I would achieve this sought after goal by making the troops, navy, and all armed forces capitulate fighting. I've always railed about war because I think it is a waste of money, machinery, time, and most importantly, lives. Instead of combat, I would meet with international leaders to come to compromises satisfying both the United States and the interest of other nations. Not many soldiers would vacillate between being at war in direct combat or in the safety of their home.
