why my chemistry midterm will be the end of me.

I am a visual learner. Chemistry is abstract. I speak English. Chemistry is a language itself. I am bad at math. Chemistry is based off of math. My teacher, Mr. Soltmann and I have a great rapport, he knows that Chemistry is my weakness, but tries to explain it to me so I understand enough to do well. Although I listen in class, take notes on almost every word he says, do the homework to the best of my ability, have a tutor, and study for hours, it is salient that Chemistry does not click in my brain because for the amount I try, I should  be doing better. I do not believe in being unctuous to get good grades for two reasons. One, it simply is not fair to the other students who deserve the same grades as me. Secondly, I know that it doesn't work. For, if I were a teacher, I would just be annoyed and grossed out with the overwhelming compliments coming from my students, seeking a higher mark.n
